Store Policies

Shipping:   We are currently shipping via UPS and USPS.  Please use the shipping estimator to find out the various ways we can ship to you and the costs.


Address Correction Fees:  In the event the shipping address provided to us by the customer is incomplete or incorrect and the package was shipped via UPS, we will be charged an address correction fee by UPS of $10 per shipment.  This fee will be passed along to the customer.

Examples:
- Missing or incorrect Apartment, Suite or Floor number
- Incorrect street number
- Incorrect zip code
- Providing a PO Box address for a specified UPS shipment

Foreign Shipping:  We no longer offer international shipping outside of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.  If an order is submitted by a customer in any other country than listed, a refund will be issued for the full amount paid. If the incorrect country code is selected at the time of checkout, you may be requested to pay the balance on your shipping charges before the order can be processed.  PR=Puerto Rico, CA=Canada, US=United States


Defective Merchandise Returns: All defective merchandise will be promptly replaced with a new item. Simply contact us for an RMA and we will have the item(s) picked up right away.  We must receive notice of any problems with your order within 5 business days from delivery.  Items must be returned within 15 days of notification.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.


Returns: If your return is due to our error or a product defect, we will cover all shipping related charges.  If you return an item for exchange or if you do not like it, you pay the return shipping charges and no shipping fees are returned.  All return requests must be made within 5 business days from delivery via e-mail to orders@miquelriususa.com.  Any requests after 5 days will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  Items must be returned within 30 days of notification.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.  Store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund.

Order Status:  Go to the Service page (link on the left) and enter your order confirmation number you received at checkout.  If you can not locate this number, e-mail orders@miquelriususa.com with your full name and address and date of your order and we can look it up for you.

Shipping & Costs:  All orders shipped to the Continental USA are sent via UPS (exception: PO Box addresses cannot be shipped via UPS and will be sent USPS Priority Mail.)  All orders shipped outside the continental USA will be sent via the United States Postal Service, usually Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail when available to your address.  You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
