Shipping:   We are currently shipping via UPS and USPS.  Please use the shipping estimator to find out the various ways we can ship to you and the costs.

Foreign Shipping:  Due to the high rate of claims of items not being received in other countries, the buyer is responsible for the shipment once it leaves our warehouse.  We ship with tracking and the number is provided to the buyer.  If the package is lost, we can not provide a refund for lost packages due to the high rate of claims and high cost of shipping and it takes 6 to 8 weeks for the USPS to track the package and refund lost packages.  If your package is lost and the USPS tracks it and provides a refund, we will refund the money to you.

Defective Merchandise Returns: All defective merchandise will be promptly replaced with a new item. Simply contact us for an RMA and we will have the item(s) picked up right away.  We must receive notice of any problems with your order within 5 business days from delivery.  Items must be returned within 15 days of notification.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Returns: If your return is due to our error or a product defect, we will cover all shipping related charges.  If you return an item for exchange or if you do not like it, you pay the return shipping charges and no shipping fees are returned.  All return requests must be made within 5 business days from delivery via e-mail to contact@shopmiquelrius.com.  Any requests after 5 days will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  Items must be returned within 30 days of notification.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.  Store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund.

Order Status:  Go to the Service page (link on the left) and enter your order confirmation number you received at checkout.  If you can not locate this number, e-mail contact@shopmiquelrius.com with your full name and address and date of your order and we can look it up for you.

Shipping & Costs:  All orders shipped to the Continental USA are sent via UPS (exception: PO Box addresses cannot be shipped via UPS and will be sent USPS Priority Mail.)  All orders shipped outside the continental USA will be sent via the United States Postal Service, usually Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail when available to your address.  You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
